How Your Identity Is Protected
A Mutual NDA Before You Speak
For clients requiring complete discretion, a Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed before the first interview — before you tell me anything you would not want repeated.
Pen Name & Author Persona
If you prefer not to be known, we develop a pen name and author biography that carries the book without carrying you.
Identifying Detail Review
Names, places, dates, employers, and distinguishing details are reviewed and altered where needed, so the truth survives while your identity does not surface.
Secure File Handling
Recordings, transcripts, and drafts are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage. Files are never shared with third parties without your written permission.
No Public Credit Claimed
A ghostwriter is invisible by definition. Your project is never named in a portfolio, testimonial, or marketing material unless you explicitly release it.
You Own Everything
Full copyright, full rights, full control. You can shelve the book, publish it, or destroy every copy — the decision is yours alone.

Answers Before You Ask
When is the NDA signed?
Before the first substantive conversation. If discretion matters to you, say so in your very first message and the NDA will be sent before you share anything else.
Can I stay anonymous even from the publisher?
Yes. Publishing accounts, ISBN registration, and copyright can be structured through a pen name or an entity so your legal name does not appear publicly.
What happens to the recordings and transcripts?
They remain in encrypted storage for the duration of the project and are permanently deleted on request when the manuscript is delivered.
Can I write about people who are still living?
Often, yes — with care. I review the manuscript for defamation and privacy risk, change identifying details where appropriate, and recommend legal review when a chapter warrants it.
